USA was the only association from USA that had teams playing during Goalball Lady Intercup 2023. They participated with one team in Malmö Lady Intercup.
In addition to USA, 9 other teams from 9 different countries played in Malmö Lady Intercup. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof USA could be found in POOL A together with Great Britain, France Women's National Goalball Team, Turkish Blind Sports Federation GOALBALL WOMEN NATIONAL TEAM and JAPAN INTERCUP. USA also participated in Lady Intercup during Goalball Lady Intercup 2022. They reached the Bronze match in Lady Play Off Medals, but lost it against Brazil with 6-7.
